When will my product ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days (excluding the day the order was placed, weekends, and federal holidays). Orders are shipped only on Monday and Friday via USPS.
A confirmation will be emailed with tracking information once it has shipped. Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days once shipped.
Important Shipping Information:
- All packages are fully insured for loss or damage.
- Shipping schedule may differ slightly around holidays and sales.
- We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay full shipping costs again before it is reshipped.
- Double and triple-check your shipping address, including your apartment/unit number if applicable—incorrect addresses are the leading cause of lost or returned packages.
- We are not responsible for USPS delays, but we’ll do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction!n
- If you order a product in a different scent profile, please add up to 5 additional days for me to make your order.
- Soap requests in a different scent profile can take up to 6-7 weeks to account for a making the batch and cure time.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship within the US.
I'm in the PDX area. Can I pick up my order?
I do not have a specific place to pick up per se, but choose local at checkout and we can arrange a pickup location close to us both. I only meet up in PDX proper.
A small sample of our products are featured in Larkspur Portland. Supporting them supports me and so many other local makers.
Can I buy your products in person?
You can! There are a few options to buy in person

- I'm starting to attend many local markets, pop-ups and farmers markets. I post these through out the week prior on my instagram. Just follow me to keep in the loop of where I'll be.
Can you make my favorite scent profile in another product? (like a lotion or soap)
You betcha!
For all custom products (excluding soap), please allow an additional 5 days for your order to be handcrafted prior to shipping—this includes skincare, soaks, scrubs, balms, toners, and more.
For custom soap orders, a full loaf (approximately 9–10 bars) must be purchased. Please allow 5–6 weeks to accommodate batch-making and curing time, as cold process soap requires at least 4 weeks to cure.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds will not be issued for scent preferences or allergic reactions. Full ingredient lists are provided for every product, so please review carefully before ordering.
That said, your satisfaction is our priority! If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out—we’ll do our best to make it right, whether that’s helping you find a better fit or offering store credit toward your next purchase.
Nature of Handcrafted Products
We do our best to accurately photograph and represent our soaps, scrubs, and other handcrafted products. However, due to the artisan nature of our creations, slight variations in color, design, and appearance should be expected from batch to batch. This uniqueness is part of what makes handcrafted products special!
While each batch may look slightly different, rest assured that the same high-quality ingredients are used every time. Additionally, all soaps are pH tested before and after curing to ensure they are safe and gentle for use.
Medicinal/Healing Ingredients
We use medicinal herbs and botanicals in almost every product we create to nourish and support your skin. While we carefully select ingredients based on their known benefits, we are not medical or healthcare professionals, and we do not claim that our products will have any direct effect on your overall health.
Please note that any statements made on this site have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA.
Some of the ingredients listed may have well-known properties, but we encourage you to do your own research before making a purchase.
Although we believe in the benefits of our carefully chosen ingredients, everyone's skin is unique, and results may vary. A new skincare regimen can take anywhere from 1-6 months to show visible improvements, so patience is key. Give your skin time to adjust, and allow time for the products to work. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions during your skincare journey.
How do I make my bars last longer?
Follow these simple tips to maximize the life of your soap bar while enjoying a rich, luxurious lather every time!
- Keep It dry between uses: Store your soap on a well-draining soap dish to prevent it from sitting in water.
- Store the bar upright: Keeping it on its edge allows more airflow, helping it dry faster and last longer.
- Use a soap saver and or soap dish: A soap lift, mesh bag, loofah pouch or soap dish helps keep your bar dry and extends its life. We have both handmade (in Oregon) soap dishes and saver bags available here.
- Cut bars into smaller pieces: Using a half or quarter of the bar at a time reduces exposure to water and helps it last longer.
- Store It in a cool, dry place: Keep extra bars in a breathable container away from humidity to prevent softening.
- Lather with a washcloth or sponge: This helps distribute the soap efficiently without overusing it.
- Avoid direct water streams: Don’t leave the bar under running water while showering.
Allergy Warning
Please read the ingredient list for each product before purchasing to ensure there are no potential irritants that may affect your skin. We offer fragrance-free and colorant-free options for those with sensitivities.
We use a wide variety of ingredients in our products, and while we take care to avoid cross-contamination, some ingredients may have come into contact with others. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please be mindful when selecting products.
