Use the scoop to pour the salts directly into the tub, or put your desired amount of in the reusable tea bag and tie it to your spout as you draw a warm bath. Use the tea bag 2-3 times within a week and it doubles as an exfoliator when gently rubbed on the skin. Avoid using it on broken or irritated skin and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
